Should I update my 11

Hi guys. I am wondering, since I checked the security notes of 13.1 and 13.1.1, nothing was patched that would be useful right? So I ask you guys, should I just update? If nothing’s patched than no downside right?

If you’re currently jailbroken stay in current version

Do not update. Apple doesn't always mention everything they patch until months or weeks later.
