Can I update my iPhone to unsigned iOS using shsh.host?

Now I’m using iPhone XR with iOS 13.5, jail broken with unc0ver. All this time I was saving new iOS versions and now I want to know - Can I use it to upgrade iOS to 14.1-14.3 AND SAVE ALL MY STUFF (excluding jailbreak of corse). And jailbreak again with NEW UNC0VER? If I can do it, can you, please, explain, how to make it and don’t break my phone. Thanks!!!

You might be able to restore to 14.3 if you have the blobs but you will need the baseband and sep from 14.4.
