How do I get the generater number for my iPad Mini 5.  I see that https://tsssaver.1conan.com does not support saving of Blobs for iPad Mini 5, its not in the list.  I therefore tried https://shsh.host, but that needs a generator before I can save the Blob, how do I get the ,

I have my ECID & Nonc, just not the generator to allow saving of Blob.

You will need to get the generator from Recovery Mode on A12 devices, tho A12 devices also have nonce entangling so yeah...
You can use RecBoot to put it in Recovery Mode and the libimobiledevice suite to parse the generator.
