my tweaks don’t show in the settings i don’t know why

Depends on the tweaks and if the developer has updated tem to work with your version of ios.

I had the same problem. I’m on Unc0ver 5.3.1. and iOS 13.5. I noticed that I had both Cydia Substrate and Substitute installed which seems unnecessary. I was able to get my tweaks to show in settings by uninstalling Cydia Substrate and upgrading Substitute. Some tweaks were deleted in the process but I was able to reinstall them. Good luck!
