The latest release, iOS 18.0.1 does not patch the bug, so both iOS 18.0 and iOS 18.0.1 should be safe in terms of the SparseRestore bug that powers MisakaX and other tools, however, iOS 18.1 Beta 5 and newer should be avoided and if you updated, you must downgrade immediately.
