In today's video, I have some pretty urgent news to discuss in regards to the iOS 14.4.1, iOS 14.4, iOS 14.3, iOS 14.2, iOS 14.0 and lower Jailbreak. A developer in the jailbreak community has detected malware being spread by a shady Cydia repo, and according to the developer, it's a case of remote device control. In this video we discuss which repos are affected and what steps you can take to protect yourself and check your device.
I have updated the #iSecureOS application to be able to detect this issue and it will be able to tell you if you have the bad files installed on your device. iSecureOS is completely free and open-sourced on GitHub, so be sure to check it out. It's recommended that you avoid untrusted repos on your jailbroken iOS device because these repos can contain outdated, broken or even malware tweaks. For safety reasons, we recommend that you scan your device.
