It certainly is a sad day in the jailbreak community. Developer Coolstar has officially announced its departure from the jailbreak community after being active for 10 years as a tweak and jailbreak developer. Amongst their creations, we have jailbreaks like Electra, Chimera, Odyssey, and Taurine Jailbreak, and we have Sileo and even Anemone and libhooker.
Over a year ago, Coolstar started working on their Cheyote Jailbreak project which was supposed to work on iOS 15.0 - 15.1.1. They never fully finished this project as tweak developers largely avoided updating their tweaks for libhooker. It looks like now Cheyote jailbreak is officially abandoned.
