[Help]Can i upgrade jailbroken iPhone SE from 9.3.3 to Latest jailbreakable Version

I have a jailbroken iPhone SE on 9.3.3 but don't have saved any blobs.
is there any way to upgrade it to latest jailbreakable IOS?

Details:
iPhone SE
IOS 9.3.3
Jailbroken with Pangu
No shsh blobs.

Nope. That would be iOS 12.2 for which you don't have blobs, so nope.
