When jail broken state App Store doesn’t give me apps updates. When restart device without jailbreak all updates come on. Using uncover 4.03 iphone xsmax 13.3.

Its part of the blocking ios updates i think because i have the same issue.

Dont think we can.
Unless you jailbreak and switch off block updates in Unc0Ver but then it might update the device in the background and you will lose your jailbreak
