  1. Install a mobile terminal or SSH into your device as root.
  2. Run nvram com.apple.System.boot-nonce= <your generator from blob>

Are there tools to erase devices in recovery mode or dfu mode?

It would probably be doable if we could boot a Ramdisk through iBoot via an Exploit, but no, other than an erase restore, no other option.

Downgrading is only possible in certain situations after the iOS version gets unsigned by Apple. You must have the SHSH2 blobs saved while it was still signed (you can do that by going to TSS Saver (tsssaver.1conan.com)) and SEP and Baseband components have to be compatible. They are usually compatible from a minor version to the latest, say from 12.1.2 to 12.4, but not from 12.4 to 11.x.

Thank you for sharing. Recently, I was working on a problem with iOS downgrade. Some people recommend that RecoveryTool Fix Recovery which can efficiently downgrade iOS. However, I don't know much about this downgrade tool.

Nothing can downgrade if the iOS version is not signed, you don't have saved SHSH2 blobs and SEP and Baseband aren't compatible.

I have a iPhone X IOS 12.4 jailbroken with Unc0ver.  I want to prepare for a IOS 13 jailbreak but am afraid if i upgrade i will loose the ability to jailbreak.  (Checkra1n jailbreak is advised not to be used on primary device).

Question: If i doo upgrade to IOS 13.3, can you downgrade from 13.3(with is currently still signed by apple) to 12.4 (i have SHSH blobs saved)
