Introduce yourself :)

I joined iOS ecosystem because of Jailbreaking - it was at the beginning (iOS 1.1.4) since then I saw how /r/jailbreak is falling apart (I miss Britta) because current moderation team is clearly not ready to moderate.

If someone like to know - I am banned from /r/jailbreak because apparently publicly complaining about 5-day ban (which was given for not breaking any rule) is "causing drama".

Im joining here with hope that this forum will contain more sane approach to other people and also I'm missing good old forum format Smile

Haha, nice to meet you. Yeah, I miss Britta too. Things were different back then. Heck, things were different even 3 years ago...

Yeah, you are right, I need to also introduce myself a bit Tongue Expect a post.

Hi, I’m Brandon. I have been jailbreaking since the iOS 9 days (although my first jailbreak was iOS 7 because that’s what my iPhone 5 was on at the time). I have jailbroken iPhones on iOS version 3.1.3 - 12.1.2. I own an iPhone 3GS (iOS 4.1), iPhone 4 (iOS 7.1.2), iPhone 4s (iOS 9.3.5), iPhone 5 (iOS 8.4.1), iPhone 5s (iOS 11.3.1), iPhone 6 x5 (iOS 10.2.1 - 12.1.2), iPhone 6s (iOS 12.1.2), iPhone SE (12.1 beta), iPhone XS Max (iOS 12.0), iPod Touch 1G (iOS 3.1.3 & android), iPod touch 4 (iOS 6.1.6 & 7.1.2), iPad 1 (iOS 5.1.1), iPad 3 (iOS 9.3.5 & 6.0), and an iPad mini 1 (iOS 8.4.1). I also own about 25 iCloud locked iPhones (mostly 6, 6s, and 7) that sit collecting dust until hopefully one day there will be a bypass.

Hey y'all, I'm Tom. Long-time lurker in the community (since around iOS 4/5), but I'm hoping to start engaging more actively. I do a whole bunch of different things, but what's relevant here is that I do software development and security research (specializing in iOS for both).

Some of you may remember me from way back in the emulator craze - I was a mod in the iEmulators Room on Facebook Rooms, and I had set out to create a Nintendo 64 emulator (which due to a number of factors, I still haven't been able to finish).

My ultimate goal is to write start producing jailbreaks, however in the meantime, I'll be bringing new tools to the table for people at all levels of the jailbreak stack (I won't spoil the specifics here, though).
