Is fortnight bug still a thing for 12.2 futurerestores? |

As the title says, the fortnight bug which occurs when using 12.2 and up SEP/Baseband files on previous iOS futurerestores (12.0 - 12.1.x, for that matter) still occurs when futurerestoring to 12.2, especifically?
The thing is: now that we started seeing jailbreaks for 12.2, many people will get interested in "downgrading" their devices from 12.1.2 and lower to 12.2, potentially (myself included) and if it's a thing... I can presume the experience won't be satisfying for them.
Anyone?

iOS 12.3.1 / 12.2 / 12.1.4 JAILBREAK NEWS: Cydia / Cydia Substrate Confirmed Working! |

In today's video, we have pretty good news for the people waiting for an iOS 12.1.3 up to iOS 12.3.1 Jailbreak. Just a few hours ago, jailbreak developer Pwn20wnd has announced that he successfully confirmed Cydia Substrate and Cydia working on iOS 12.2 and newer on a pre-jailbroken build of iOS 12.2 in Corellium. Corellium is an iOS emulator that uses real iOS kernel and components. It is currently open only to a handful of developers for trial, but it's pretty fantastic - you can jailbreak iOS 13, iOS 12.3.1, etc. with it and do whatever jailbreak development/tests you want, without having to mess with a real iOS device. Unlike a simulator, this tool uses actual iOS so you know for sure the result is the same on a real device.
Because Corellium has its own iOS Bootloader, it can disable various security mechanisms in iOS so that you can apply various patches and have a jailbroken device on iOS 13 and iOS 12.4 with Cydia and Substrate, without having to have a tfp0 exploit. It's an amazing feat of engineering that allows jailbreak developers, security researchers and iOS App developers alike to test their code on real-life environments. That's how Pwn20wnd was able to test the Cydia Substrate.
I also have access to Corellium and was able to confirm Pwn20wnd's findings. In Corellium, running iOS 13 Beta, I was able to run Cydia with no issue. Tweaks also work, so this means that once a tfp0 kernel exploit is available, we won't need to lose time with fixing Substrate or Cydia (which can take a long time, now that Saurik isn't that interested in keeping it update anymore, and Substrate is closed source).

iOS 12.3.1 / 12.2 / 12.1.4 JAILBREAK STATUS: Best Versions To Be On (Quickest Release |

In today's video, following popular request, we're discussing what are the best iOS versions to be on if you wanna jailbreak as soon as possible. This was a pretty popular question in the comments section of my previous videos, and with a good reason. There is quite a range to choose from, starting with iOS 12.1.3 and going all the way up to iOS 13 Beta. In this video, we're clarifying what is the status of the iOS 12.1.3 to 12.3.1 Jailbreak, where we're at, and what is left, so that you can make an educated guess on what is the best version to be on and why.
Choosing an iOS version isn't exactly an easy task. There are multiple #tfp0 kernel exploits announced but they work with different iOS versions. Some of these exploits are based on bugs that Apple has already patched, some are 0day (not reported currently), making the release frame different. Also, different features such as compatibility with watchOS / Apple Watch may be a tradeoff some people may not want to do, so it's important to know what alternatives do you have.
Thanks for watching and as always, do not forget to subscribe to stay updated with the latest #iOS, and #Jailbreak / Cydia news, tutorials and updates!

Didn’t know to restoreFS before doing a reset. Can anyone help me get Sileo back. I have no computer/laptop to SSH UIcache nor do I know the actual command. I do have a android tablet but have not figured how to gain root access. I have downloaded Chimera 1.0.4,5 and 6. But how do I actually “install without computer” It’s been two weeks of stock iOS and I’m tweaking for my tweaks.

In this video, we have a special guest, one of the main AppValley developers. AppValley is a Cydia alternative for ++Apps and tweaked apps on iOS. A third-party App Store if you want. He's here today to answer some of the questions that you've left on Twitter, and we're also having a special giveaway :-)
This podcast is based on the questions you've left on Twitter. Some of you were curious about the hurdles AppValley had to overcome to remain an active service, some of you were curious about the personal life of the developers behind it. We hope that through this interview you'll get to know better the platform you might have been using for a while to get your iOS ++Apps, tweaked apps and No Computer Jailbreaks like Electra Jailbreak, Unc0ver Jailbreak, Chimera Jailbreak, for iOS 12, iOS 13, iOS 10 and so on.
If you like this video, I might do more interviews in the future with other jailbreak developers and tweak developers in the community. As always, your feedback is appreciated and you can put it in the comments section down below. Do not forget to vote your favorite question in this interview, as part of our giveaway. The best question will be rewarded by #AppValley. More information about this can be found on the pinned thread in the comments section below.

iMessage bug that could brick iPhone |

Read this article.
Google's Project Zero outs how iMessage can brick and wipe your iPhone. Google's Project Zero security research undertaking just revealed what we've already known - that Apple's iMessage can be thrown off by a simple unorthodox string that could force you to wipe out and restore your handset. It was advise to update to the latest iOS. Could it be Apple’s doing?

iOS 12.3.1 / 12.2 / iOS 13 / iOS 12.4 Huge JAILBREAK News: SSH And Cydia Achieved! |

In today's video, we're discussing the latest iOS 13 Beta, iOS 12.4 Beta, iOS 12.3.1 and iOS 12.2 Jailbreak News. Just a few hours ago, sparkey, the developer behind the Meridian Jailbreak has successfully achieved SSH (remote secure shell) on iOS 13 Beta. This is after just a few weeks ago he has successfully achieved Cydia on iOS 12.4 and iOS 13 Beta, meaning he has currently achieved a Jailbreak with both Cydia and SSH on iOS 12.x and iOS 13 Beta which is quite huge news for the jailbreak community, especially since iOS 13 Beta and iOS 12.4 Beta are Apple's latest and greatest.
Sparkey's tfp0 exploit seems to be pretty powerful, however, even though Sparkey got tfp0, #Cydia and #SSH working well, in a conversation with me on Twitter he told me Tweak injection is not functional yet, so the next logical step would be to achieve Tweak injection either via Substrate or via Substitute (more likely). We're yet to see which one he'll use, but at this point, Sparkey is very close to having achieved a full jailbreak for iOS 12.4, iOS 13 Beta, and possibly iOS 12.3.1 and 12.2 since the tfp0 exploit is likely compatible (depends where the bug started, but since it works on iOS 12.4, it did not start on 13 beta).
