Last I tried (3u Tools Last Friday) It was not working for me. I used rera1n to install a QEMU OSX install and then used alt deploy as alt store wouldn't work for me either.
You need to sub via patreon in order to get AltStore beta, with AltStore beta you can sideload unc0ver and it will auto sign. Or alternatively, download AltServerPatcher, then patch unc0ver into AltStore, it sort of works like Cydia Impactor in which you will need to redo this after 7 days.

If you're running this version of unc0ver ie Undecimus-v3.8.0.b1.ipa and it's working fine for you, don't be tempted to upgrade to Undecimus-v4.0.3 as it seems to mess up Cydia tweaks on older iPhones and giving error 255 whenever you try to modify anything. If you've already done the upgrade, just power down your phone, delete that version of unc0ver, reload the old one and re-jailbreak. Hey Presto everything's back to normal.
