Last I tried (3u Tools Last Friday) It was not working for me. I used rera1n to install a QEMU OSX install and then used alt deploy as alt store wouldn't work for me either.

Cannot wait patiently? You have 2 choices.
1. Go make your own jailbreak. Since you think is so easy to make a jailbreak.
2. Go buy an android phone.
Every one in the jailbreak community is waiting for the jailbreak not just you. Don't be a jerk making the dev give eta. They have their own life and work. They don't work under you. They don't own you a reason for release a jailbreak.
