Hello,

I wanted to know how to proceed with iOS updates when jailbroken. On the internet I could not find a precise answer to this question. Since I am jailbroken on checkra1n I want to have the latest iOS on my device if possible. So what is the most convenient way to perform an update?

As with any jailbreak, before it's confirmed to be ok to update, you should always hold off from any updates. Yes, the root Checkra1n exploit isn't patchable, but some things could change – such as directories, or where files are located, amongst other things.

Once the ok is given, make sure to follow the proper update procedure. Usually, it's best to download the software update to your computer and update through iTunes.
