The new Cowabunga Lite allows you to install tweaks and themes for your iOS device from iOS 15.0 up to iOS 16.5 without being jailbroken. Amongst the tweaks, you can customize the status bar, home screen, app icons, carrier name, and so on.

The newly released Cowabunga Lite update adds even more themes, tweaks and customizations so be sure to update your app asap. Cowabunga for Windows is also currently in the works with great progress being made.
