In today's video, we have pretty good news for those waiting for jailbreaks on iOS 16.0 up to iOS 16.4, two major security vulnerabilities have been patched in a fast iOS 16.4.1 update that was released for all iOS 16 devices. These vulnerabilities could likely be used for jailbreak purposes, even though a PAC / PPL bypass would also likely be needed for a complete iOS jailbreak chain.
According to Apple, these vulnerabilities have been used in the wild, so they've been circulating in the iOS security research communities for a while now before Apple caught wind of it and patched it. Whether this is usable for jailbreak purposes remains debatable.
