This jailbreak supports iOS 15.0 all the way up to iOS 16.3.1, with iOS 16.4 support currently in development. Tweaks and themes do work.
A day ago, the PaleRa1n team released the palera1n-c v2.0.0 beta 5 dubbed "Tumbleweed", which adds various fixes and changes. It's recommended that you update your palera1n jailbreak as soon as possible. Amongst the important changes in this update, they fixed the kernel patchfinder for iOS 16.4.
