1. What iDevice are you using?
iPhone 7 (GSM)
2. On what version of iOS is it?
iOS 13.2.2
3. What version of checkra1n are you using? GUI or CLI?
0.9.8 (CLI), because I can not enter normal recovery to use GUI.
4. What is your host system (OS version? Hackintosh? VM? etc.)?
macOS (Mojave)
5. How are you connecting to the device?
USB-A/Apple
**What are the steps to reproduce the issue?**
The phone reset randomly, so I have no idea how to reproduce this.
**What do you expect, and what is happening instead?**
Tried booting up the device, the device dose not boot up, ever.
I have tried jailbreaking and restoring the device, without any luck.
**Does the issue also occur if you enable Safe Mode?**
Can not get to the point where Safe Mode is an option.
**Any other info, error logs, screenshots, ...?**
Even tho I do not believe the issue is in a tweak, here is my Tweak List:
1. Bloard
2. ssl-kill-switch2
3. Rhino
I am not the only person to experience this.

_Sadly this has been up for a month without a fix._
As tim_beh pointed out, going to the apple store dose not resolve any issue with the restore.
I have also tested this on versions: 0.9.6, 0.9.7, 0.9.8.
In Applications folder:
./checkra1n.app/Contents/MacOS/checkra1n -c -v

Trying to restore the device shows the following message:
An unknown error occurred (9).
iMazing gives the following message:
Error Domain=com.apple.MobileDevice.MobileRestore Code=-1 "AMRestorePerformRestoreModeRestoreWithError failed with error: 9" UserInfo={NSLocalizedDescription=AMRestorePerformRestoreModeRestoreWithError failed with error: 9, NSUnderlyingError=0x600003f69050 {Error Domain=AMRestoreErrorDomain Code=9 "Failed to receive message from device, might be connection problem with USB host." UserInfo={NSDescription=Failed to receive message from device, might be connection problem with USB host.}}}
I went to the Apple Store to see if they could help out, they said it "could" be a hardware issue...
The phone worked fine before and their diagnostic tests did not show any results.
If anyone has any suggestions, please let me know. Thank you in advance.
