I got locked out of my snapchat account for 12 hours and they stated I was using a 3rd party app. I had unsub, liberty lite, and tweak configurator on to block substrate to snapchat! could this be the problem? and what should I do not to get banned again?

what are all the tweaks you have, I've been using UnSub and haven't had any problems, as Snapchat tells jailbroken users to use liberty or unsub.
