▶ Unlock Forgotten iPhone Screen with AnyUnlock (ad)
In today's video, we're discussing the latest news in the jailbreak community. It appears that a new jailbreak developer has started developing a Safari-based jailbreak based on the original PwnMy project which was abandoned many months ago. The developer, Kanji, has recently posted their current progress and it appears they are targeting to support iOS 14.5 and newer versions for now.
The jailbreak is likely going to be iOS 14.5 - 14.6 for now as they are developing it, but there are WebKit vulnerabilities in iOS 15 that could potentially be used to update the jailbreak tool further if they succeed. It's important to mention that for now, the project is not in an advanced state. They managed to get the WebKit bug working, but it's a long way from here. I will keep you updated with their progress as it goes, just know they are working on it for now.
