In today's video, we're discussing a new Cydia version release for the #Electra and the #Chimera Jailbreaks. As you probably know, both Electra and Chimera Jailbreak are developed by the Electra Team lead by developer Coolstar. Unfortunately, both of these jailbreaks we're made to ditch Cydia for Sileo, a #Cydia alternative built by the Electra Team and kept closed-source. Early versions of Electra came with Cydia, but after Sileo was released, Electra was updated to remove Cydia from user's devices without prior notice. If you, however, rather use Cydia but stay with Chimera Jailbreak, you can now have the best of both worlds by using Diatrus' Cydia for Chimera / Electra.
The release is contained in a Cydia / Sileo repo which is available below. You can access it in Safari on your iOS device while being jailbroken, and if you press the "Open in Cydia / Sileo" button, it will automatically add the Repo for you. After that, the installation procedure is straight forward as described in the video. You can also install a package to remove Sileo from Chimera and Electra if you don't like Sileo.
