The answer is no, you should not update. iOS 15 has changed a lot in terms of security, and even though there are kernel exploits and vulnerabilities up to iOS 15.3.1 and Taurine will be updated for iOS 15, the jailbreak for iOS 15 will be limited as they will all be rootless.
