AltServer with Developer Certificate?

Can you use AppleIDs that are developer accounts with AltServer to install and sign unc0ver for 1 year? I can't get AltServer to work with my developer account, but it does work with regular non-apple developer AppleID.

Trying to do this on Windows 10 x64...

Just use Impactor it still works for dev accounts
