BlackScreen issue
#1
For all who are blackscreen/froze if you cannot reboot then wait until your device battery drains. mine is now working after restoring RootFS as it was an issue with previous jailbreak

Bumping this for others to see.

any idea how I can drain my battery faster?? I just fully charged it Cry Cry

Sweet baby Jeebus I have just survived the black screen of death.
Heres what I did:
Press the volume up button (and quickly release)
Press the volume down button (and quickly release)
Press and hold the side button (for an ungodly amount of time.... like 5 minutes)

I had to try this three or four times before the apple logo reappeared.

Good luck. Im restoring RootFS now.

Tried this method several times. It seems my iPad Pro doesn't want to know.. the issue is, the battery is usually very good and I left it in its state overnight and guess what? Still not dead - So having to wait til it is dead or I'll have to open it up and unplug the battery. Of course I do not want to do that. So fingers crossed, what a serious and strange bug. Hope its fixed in the next update.

How long is the wait? for the battery to run out

the device is still active when black screened and you can check battery life with iTunes by connecting your phone to PC, but don't leave your phone plugged in as this will charge it.
i drained 50% battery in 10minutes but i don't suggest you do that as it wont be good for the battery health.

once your device restarts.
open unc0ver and a turn on restore rootFS. then jailbreak.
when you open cydia it will prompt with updates, temporarily ignore these until theyre fixed
