Apps stating as Jailbroken when it no longer is

Hi, my iPhone 11 was Jailbroken using Unc0ver but a while back I had to do a update and am currently not Jailbroken on iOS 14.4 and waiting for a new JB. My issue however is that a number of apps, including banking, will not run as they are saying the iPhone is Jailbroken. Does anyone know a way around this or to remove the residue that was left behind that I assume is what is being detected.

Thats odd because if you updated and no longer jailbroken then there should be no reason why the apps detect a jailbreak?
Have you tried uninstalling the offending apps and reinstalling them maybe they stored something in the file system of the app so it dosen't have to keep checking for a jailbreak and uninstalling it may clear it?
