Hey, try the 'Re-install Cydia' option in the unc0ver settings.
This is a common bug with unc0ver, and Pwn20wnd is working on fixing it.
If the 'Re-install Cydia' thing didn't work, then I would just restore the root filesystem (rootfs), and then re-jailbreak when everything is fixed.
