Not sure if it's just my device, but thought I'd ask the question.

Now we have a stable release of Unc0ver I thought I'd be able to install tweaks that I've previously purchased. However, I'm still getting "Cydia is not yet prepared to accept money for any purchases on this version of IOS".

I'm on iPhone 11 Pro running 13.3. Not having the same issue on my iPad air running 13.3.1 Checkra1n.

Anyone aware of any work around I could use to get my tweaks installed?

Because Cydia isn't updated yet, you can use CyDown. It fakes the payment, which is okay in this case, because you already bought the Tweak.
