Hello friends. Currently I am using iPados 13.3 on iPad Ai2. Which version can I downgrade with Succeession?

I had the same problem with iMessage notifications. I tried everything including resetting all my XS settings (mistake). I just could get no text notifications at all. But when I turned off Bluetooth, my iMessage text nitifications came back. Working fine now. Hope this helps.
