Ik 13.3 isn't signed but I have saved blobs using tssaver for my device for 13.3. If my tweaks are either compatible with ios 13.3 already, have ios 13.3 compatible new versions or alternatives with the same functionality I'm considering upgrading for all the ios 13 and jailbreak features. I would prefer uncover, but since 7Plus isn't supported on 13.3 I need to go with checkra1n. How do I do this? I only have 2 major constraints:

1. I don't want any data loss(All the tweaks and tweak settings will probably go away and I'm fine with that, I'll just re-add the Cydia sources and tweaks and change the settings)
   
2. My laptop. It currently has only Windows 10 and Kali Linux installed(not a mac so no mac OS). It's a dual boot setup. I've tried Hackintoshing but it has a non-Optimus RTX card so that's not possible. If needed I'm willing to run a VM of macOS or install any other Linux distro if kali isn't really supported
   

I need to know how to un-jailbreak without losing data(probably just select the restore rootfs option and jailbreak), update to an unsigned version using blobs and a non-mac computer without losing data, and re-jailbreaking with checkra1n. I'm pretty sure I can probably do this easily if it weren't for the without losing data part or my PC. Again like I said, jailbreak specific data can be lost, but main things(contacts, game saves, passwords, etc.) cannot. Thank you for any help you can provide

step 1: Restart Phone to remove jailbreak
step 2: turn on airplane mode and open unc0ver and open its settings in the top right corner
step 3: turn off the disable updates and disable revokes options (has to due with bug of updates not showing up after removing jailbreak) and then jailbreak device again
step 4: Go back into Unc0ver and open settings again but this time turn every setting off and turn on restore RootFS and click the "i" next to the toggle and hit ok then hit done in the top right to go back out of settings and get to the main page.
step 5: You should see a blue Restore RoofFS instead of re jailbreak now and click it

May not work first time, you might need to repeat these steps a few times until it works
