I’m not really sure what’s going on but the update said it fixed the issue, which it really hasn’t on my end. Is anyone else experiencing the same thing?

FIXED! For some reason after the fix it gets rid of your settings and all you have to do is go to settings>notifications>messages and re enable all noise and vibration along with banners.

Actually it’s not fixed.... the settings didn’t work and the notifications don’t even pop up in the notification center

Did you install 4.0.0 then rejailbreak with 4.0.1 or did you just install 4.0.1?
