OutLook and PUBG have jailbreak detection.
Cydia is a little unstable, make sure that you don't have any tweaks to Cydia.

I am having the same issue, Pubg opens and freezes at different stages. 

I tired liberty lite, liberty lite beta 
unsubscribes none worked.

Please help me out.
