I also am having trouble seem like cydia over all needs a update, when installing tweaks I can’t find their menus at all as well. Snowboard is the only functioning tweak for me as well.

Update having issues installing sources getting stuck on updating sources.

I would highly recommend doing a ROOT FS restore in Unc0ver Settings and then toggling "Reinstall Cydia" on.
