presently the only method for a downgrade involves 13.3 or 13.3.1 and downgrading to 13.2.3
just YouTube "downgrade to 13.2.3 with succession"
I can tell you I have done this a few times and Bluetooth works but no cellular or WiFi and if you reboot the device it will be in a boot-loop then you have to use checkra1n every time to wish to fully boot back into OS. In my opinion at the present state its just not worth it.

Cellular and notifications are the only major things that don't work. WiFi works perfectly, unless if you have the WiFi glitch that can be easily fixed by replacing the WiFi folder from the 13.3 ipsw.
