I have no idea how to do it or what the right link is cause when I went on TSS Saver, my device wasnt there. Im new to jailbreaking still so I'd appreciate the help.

You’ll need your iPhone ECID no. You can get it from iTunes when your sync your iPhone. Click serial no twice. ECID no will be displayed. Alternatively you can also use 3U Tools. Download the software from http://www.3u.com/. Select your model in the identifier box. Next submit. You can only save signed IPSW. SHSH blobs are all stored in it’s server. You can also download & save it. Hope this info helps.

It's not currently possible. You need a jailbreak just like on A12.

You can save shsh2 blobs on any device that is currently signed.
You do not need a jailbreak to save blobs only to set the apnonce generator.
