I do every thing for install jailbreak with checkra1n via USB 

BUT 
when i start my pc DELL PRECISION M4500 

i stop in that screan

and after 2 min waiting have  STILL WAITING ROOD DEVICE

Please any help

Waiting for root device usually means that the USB flash drive you try to install from has been plugged into a USB 3.0 port. Make sure it's in a USB 2.0 port (3.0 is blue, 2.0 is black).

Also, if you try to install High Sierra you need a USB Patch.

Also, disable fastboot on Bios.
