Ios : 12.1.4
On setup icloud secreen
I cant update to 13.3 and icant remove icloud in this iOS version
How i can remove

You need to create either a CFW and restore it (it will be tethered) or make a SSH ramdisk, boot it and remove /Applications/Setup.app
