No, as (I think) The SEP is incompatible.
If you don't know what the SEP is, it's basically the driver for your touch id.

I believe that only the version thats signed is compatable for that version.
Example:
Ios 13.1.3 is compatable with all versions of ios 13 AND NOT ios 12,11,10,9,8,7,,6,5,4,3,2,1 ALSO ios 14 (yes there is no ios 14 yet but when there is ios 13 sep will probably not compatable with it)
Ios 12.2.4 is compatable with all versions of ios 12 AND NOT ios 13
If someone can figure a way to cheat the signing of sep's then we might be able to get older sep's and sign them and install that version.

Cheers guys for the help - hope this while be possible soon - I loved unc0ver on my SE, I preferred it to my XR 12.4 jb
