Hi, I’m completely new to anything with jailbreaking. I’m on a A12 device running 12.4 with unc0vers latest release. So I got a problem with tweaks such as asteroid, xen html and flotydock bringing me to safe mode crash thing. Now I figured reason was probably because of a tweak I have that crashes them or something because I googled and I didn’t really see anyone else have this problem. So I start uninstalling tweaks hoping XenHTML and the others would start working... however they don’t start working So I was like freak it let’s see if I can completely reset cydia sense I also got a lot of random tweaks and repos... so I google how to do this and it all says “reinstall cydia subtitue” but me and my eyes look and guess what I don’t have cydia substitute... what do I do now? Please help!

No... that's pretty outdated.

You need to navigate to Unc0ver's Settings page in the Unc0ver App and toggle "Restore ROOT FS", then press the blue button on the main screen.
After restart, Jailbreak again. This will re-install the whole jailbreak to a clean state.
