Of course it is. These things use the same damn name for the tweaks they pirate making the official repo not show up properly.

I have all of them and still can't use Shortlook or cylinder.

I deleted the repo’s but PrefrenceLoader still is not showing up. So I restore rootfs and re-jailbreak? Also deleted and reinstalled the repo quite a few times.

Okay, got PrefrenceLoader from rpetrich and RocketBootStrap, also got Cephei from Packix, but apps like Aerify, Flame, and notchification all have the same text when I click on  their icon in settings: "There was an error loading the prefrence bundle for {Tweak}."

what sources did you delete to get preference loader to show?

Those apps may need to be updated or may have additional prerequisites. If everything else works, it's not the jailbreak itself (or the preference loader injector).
Some tweaks have not been properly updated for A12 (yet).

I was just going to mention the same thing. I have Preference Loader, RocketBootStrap, and Cephei installed from the right repo but am getting this error on some of my tweaks (attaching a screenshot). I feel like some of these tweaks are working for other A12 users, but not for me. Is there something else I can or should try to fix this?

AppList was also reported by some people as necessary, not sure how and why.
