Whenever I open Cydia and click on the Manage Account button or any of the buttons on the main home page work. They just grey out, any fixes?

Only Saurik can fix this. It's an issue with the remote Javascript.

if you swipe slightly on icon , when you click on them, you should be able to access it .

Try dragging the icon to the right or try dragging the > to the left that worked for me after quite a few trys.

Allowed me to re-install bigboss source who was broken here.
Everything working fine now.
Thx again.

I feel like, back 10 years ago when I was messing around with jailbreaks lol, but now that I'm a Dev, I see things differently ?
