I'm trying to click anything from the Cydia main page and it's not letting me. I want to go to manage account so I can start buying tweaks and supporting. When I click reload it goes back to the normal color. I've waited for a while but still nothing.

Yes. It's a known issue. Only saurik can fix it because it's a remote javascript issue.
