Looks like a bug in Unc0ver. If there's no OTA there shouldn't be such message. Contacing Pwn to let him know.
EDIT: Unfortunately, according to Pwn20wnd, this is File System corruption. The only fix would be to reset all contents and settings and then Jailbreak immediately with Unc0ver. Do a backup first, as this will erase all files.

I can confirm that doing this resolved the issue on my iphone Xr.

Jailbreak 12.4 on A12 XSMax iPhone: fails step 10/30 says "RootFS already mounted, delete OTA file from setings - storage if present and reboot". I have no OTA file and I have tried this multiple times - same result
