After I jailbroke my device with the latest unc0ver version, my Face ID is no longer working when I try to unlock my phone with it. It still works for Apple Pay, though, which is quite strange. Any ideas?

I managed to fix the issue. I reset face ID, then rebooted the device. I then set it up again and jailbroke it. It works now! I also happen to be an employee at Apple, never heard of that Face ID issue before! I'm glad it works again now, though haha. Thanks for the help!

At the same time, when I tried to scan my face to unlock it, it just kept showing the Face ID scan animation. I did try to set it up again when I was jailbroken, but it said that Face ID was unavailable. After the reset and restart, it let me create a new Face ID and it started working when unlocking my device again.(09-22-2019, 10:39 PM)Collidal Wrote: [ -> ](09-22-2019, 10:28 PM)GeoSn0w Wrote: [ -> ]This is a hardware issue according to Pwn. Odd. When I confronted Pwn about it to pull the beta because of the bugs, he said the FaceID is unrelated to his jailbreak and it's apparently an issue with fs_snapshot_rename that triggers it. He said Apple knows / repairs these.
