I am currently jail broken with the unc0ver jailbreak but Chimera is still showing the tweaks I installed with it, how do I start from scratch and remove Chimera repo..or do I even have to?

In Unc0ver, go ahead and select "Restore ROOT FS" then press Jailbreak.
It should remove any traces of Chimera from the System Partition.

this could be the clash issue with the iphone crashing and burning up. i have a log if you need to look at it

Yes, please send me the log. This should not happen normally. (There is no known bug to Pwn that causes this)
