As you can see I only have a few tweaks installed not sure how to check preference loader on those do not how to get Ryan Petrich's repo
I found Ryan Petrich's repo and added it to sileo source, now it wants to upgrade, 2 questions, is it safe and will this help to install Shadow bypass

The update should be safe and, in fact, recommended. And it may fix your tweak's issue.
