With this tool you will be able to downgrade the iPhone 5, iPhone 4s, iPad 2, and iPad mini to iOS 8.4.1 from any other iOS. This will also support the downgrade to iOS 6.1.3 on the iPhone 4s, and iPad 2. This tool will work with any jailbreak that supports your device. This tool is mainly for people without a computer.

Wow amazing. I have a 5c I was never able to downgrade due to the plist trick not working. How does your tool work?

I also have a 5C. The plist trick requires the device to have an OTA version signed. AFAIK, iPhone 5 does, but I am not sure about 5C.
