Uncover A12 huge problems

After downloading the jailbreak and install it. There were Internet problems i restarted the iPhone. Then no longer work after five minutes worked ..
Then I did the jailbreak again than I had the same problem ( internet Issues ) because I wanted to download from Cydia So I restarted the iPhone again
Now I can't turn on my iPhone
