I wasn't expecting that but still i can't login to iCloud. Were you able to login.. my iPhone 7 doesn't have any iCloud Lock or something like that.
Finally a bypass We made it guys. Unfortunately i'm also unable to sign in iCloud, but my test device has no baseband :3
@Geosn0w maybe you could come up with a SIM fix?
Thanks in Advance

As you bypassed the iCloud Setup screen in the Setup.app, iCloud won't function, just like the Baseband.
If anyone's Setup.app manifests itself after a little while, it could be due to the fact that your com.apple.PurpleBuddy.plist isn't completed.
I've attached a plist I modified to match my iPhone 6. Under SSDeviceType, make sure to put the device you're using.

I do not find "iboot.im4g" in DFU, but only "iBEC.ipad3b.RELEASE.dfu" and "iBSS.ipad3b.RELEASE.dfu" in DFU, otherwise I see iboot.img3 in all_flash . Is Ipad4 (global) 32bit supported?

It will bypass the whole setup and also remove icloud , me too my icloud was not locked and i'm trying to find a way so we can just bypass the activation of baseband and keep icloud.
but still better than having an activation screen shit lol

You can't! You can not use "iCloud" services. You CAN however login to the App Store (Do it via the app store) so you can still download apps etc. You just can't use iCloud related functions - so no iMessage, photos, sync, backup, notes, etc etc

The name of this procedure should be quite explanatory in the ramifications, but if not, let me help: iCloud Bypass. If you bypass the setup of iCloud, or the activation portion of the setup, those services WILL NOT WORK. Even the older methods crashed the setup application, causing the same issues.
As Apple has transitioned many services over to the iCloud network, you're going to find that most things aren't going to work. Apple Pay will not work, but Google Pay will, or it should. As for all of the other core iCloud services, they won't activate. That means no iMessage, FaceTime, Apple Pay, Find My iPhone/Find My, HomeKit, and iCloud Files/passwords.
***If your device isn't locked, then why are you trying to do this?***
As for iBoot, it's located in the all_flash folder. Make sure you grab the one for your specific device.

dear @QuadeP,
the reason for doing this because the phone was stuck on the Unable to activate an update is required , this happens because the phone shows NO SERVICE , i think it's a baseband problem . Maybe there is a solution for this , is it possible to copy a working baseband files? do you have any info about it ?

I did update it and still showing the same error , contacted apple and they told me i need to go to a genius bar and they will repair it or replace since it's an iphone 7 A1660 model and they recalled it but unfortunately i'm not in the USA and i had no other option but to use the icloud bypass , someone told me that if i reprogrammed the baseband chip or replace and reprogram it then might work but i didn't want to send it for repair at some an authorized shops

I also have the no service issue, despite being on the latest 12.4.3 update, it seems to be an issue with the baseband chip, as it doesn't even detect a SIM Card :3
Quick Question: Can we try to unlock the device fully using a clean backup?
Thanks in Advance
